Group Names Can Now Be Annotated — Visible Only to You

There are too many group chats for school, and if group names are too long they don't display completely, making it difficult to quickly distinguish between them, and inconvenient when searching. We hope DingTalk could add a feature that allows users to annotate group names for personal use.

In daily work, various project work groups are established by different people and group names aren't standardized at all, making it difficult to search through them. We hope that DingTalk could add a group annotation feature, like in WeChat, where every user can name the group themselves for easier searching.

For information security reasons, all our company's DingTalk groups are named using encoded identifiers. When backend staff have to manage multiple projects simultaneously, it becomes very difficult to quickly locate the needed groups. High Definition Online Video Playback Now Available — Up to 1080P Resolution

Currently, the video files sent into groups become lower resolution when viewed online. We recommend allowing users to switch to higher resolutions when online watching.

The preview of uploaded videos in knowledge repositories is low resolution and blurry, which results in a poor viewing experience. Our request is to maintain the original video resolution for online previews without compromising quality after upload.

Hangzhou** Group

Employee training videos get re-encoded during online playback, which makes them blurry. One must download them locally to enjoy high-definition viewing, which is somewhat inefficient.

Shanghai** Automotive Technology

Videos uploaded to the cloud drive aren't very clear, but we don't want those videos to be downloaded freely either. We hope that DingTalk can optimize this feature, so uploaded videos remain un-compressed with normal clarity.

Yida Forms in Approval Processes Can Link with Each Other — Improving Operational Efficiency
