DingTalk and Ronghuai Group sign strategic cooperation agreement to build a digital foundation for private group schools.

On January 16, DingTalk and Ronghuai Group officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Hangzhou. Both parties will fully leverage their respective strengths and innovation capabilities to engage in in-depth cooperation around dimensions such as co-building digital infrastructure, co-developing new applications for group schools, and marketing promotion, jointly promoting digital transformation for private education groups and commercial development of digital products, and building a new ecosystem for digital education.

Facing challenges regarding collaboration across multiple subordinate departments, multiple campuses, and regions, Ronghuai Group selected DingTalk as its internal communication and collaboration platform, ensuring real-time connectivity, efficient communication, and collaboration among its members.

In addition, Ronghuai Group boosted business efficiency with the help of DingTalk’s low-code capabilities. For example, based on the DingTalk Yida platform, Ronghuai developed a catering management system capable of fully digitizing the procurement, warehouse entry, and warehouse exit process, achieving intelligent catering management upgrades that satisfy cost reduction and efficiency improvement demands while ensuring food safety.

Furthermore, Ronghuai Group enhanced class management capabilities by utilizing the class group function of DingTalk. Today, school administrators can collectively establish and manage class groups, conduct school-wide notifications, and the system will automatically collect and analyze message reception and feedback data, making notifications even more efficient and convenient.

As part of this cooperation, Ronghuai Group will become an important partner in DingTalk Education's "Beidou Program," and both parties will further deepen their collaboration to develop digital foundational infrastructure for private education groups.

Private education group teachers differ from their public school counterparts, as they are enterprise employees. In addition to evaluating teaching, research, and supervision, private schools must also manage organization alignment, performance management, talent assessment, and staff incentives from an enterprise perspective. In addition, DingTalk will help Ronghuai Group standardize internally developed products and promote them to the broader market, achieving a one-stop solution for managing "recruitment, usage, transfer, and resignation" of teachers and students.
