DingTalk and Insta360 Ecosystem Collaboration Launches: AI Conference All-in-One Insta360 Connect Officially Released

On December 17, Insta360, a partner of DingTalk Conferencing, officially launched its first AI dual-camera all-in-one video conferencing device—Insta360 Connect. As a result of deepened cooperation between the two parties, this product is based on DingTalk F2's technological experience and has passed the DingTalk conferencing certification, jointly creating a new meeting room software and hardware integrated solution that revolutionizes enterprise video conferencing experiences.

On December 17, Insta360, a partner of DingTalk Conferencing, officially launched its first AI dual-camera all-in-one video conferencing device—Insta360 Connect. As a practical achievement of deepened cooperation between both parties, this product builds upon DingTalk’s integrated video conferencing device F2 technological expertise and has passed DingTalk Conferencing certification. Together, they’ve crafted a new integrated software-hardware solution for conference rooms, transforming enterprise video conferencing experiences.

With the trend of hybrid work developing, enterprises now place higher demands on conferencing product capabilities in hybrid meeting scenarios. High-definition and stable audio and video experiences are key to ensuring meeting efficiency and quality.

As Insta360's first AI-powered video conferencing all-in-one device, Insta360 Connect integrates a 4K dual-camera system, a 14-microphone array, and advanced AI algorithms, specially designed for small to medium meeting rooms accommodating six to fourteen people. Combining the integrated hardware with DingTalk's conferencing system, meetings achieve high-definition visuals, precise speaker tracking, and smart whiteboard recognition, guaranteeing smooth and efficient conferencing experiences.

In terms of smart hardware, Insta360 Connect features dual 4K ultra HD cameras integrating a flagship 1/1.3-inch sensor capable of 110° wide-angle shooting and a 48-megapixel telephoto PTZ camera. The two work collaboratively through intelligent dispatching—capturing wide-angle panoramic views while clearly displaying distant details. Supported by AI super-resolution algorithms, speaker tracking is achieved effortlessly, ensuring sharply defined portraits and a smoother, more seamless meeting experience.

To better present speaking scenarios and ensure speakers remain centered, intelligent and precise framing performance is critical. Insta360 Connect provides a multi-modal speaker tracking capability creatively unifying sound source localization technologies, voiceprint recognition, face tracking, and lip movement detection to accurately detect and follow speakers, ensuring perfect audio-video synchronization and keeping speakers consistently in the spotlight ("C-position" framing). The Group Framing Mode automatically adjusts the camera framing to ensure every participant remains in the picture. The Smart Gallery Mode displays each meeting attendee in a separate video window, achieving a fairer conferencing experience. For presentation and remote education scenarios, Insta360 Connect can intelligently recognize whiteboards, automatically calibrating and enhancing images and text to enable more vivid presentation experiences.

From an audio perspective, Connect houses a 14-microphone array capable of ultra-long-range omnidirectional pickup. Combined with advanced Smart 3A algorithms for noise reduction and human voice enhancement, it captures voice equally clearly even from a distance of up to ten meters. No matter which corner of the conference room speakers are located in, voices remain crystal-clear, rich, and natural-sounding.

Thanks to the built-in AI audio algorithms, Connect can automatically recognize the meeting room's acoustic environment, delivering customized audio experiences that reduce reverberation interference and ensure every participant’s voice is clearly heard, understood, and sounds true to life.

Thanks to deeper integration between Insta360 Connect and DingTalk Conference Rooms system, users simply need to power on the device to join meetings instantly without additional connection operations. They can directly use all DingTalk Intelligent Online Meeting features, experiencing a fully immersive integrated software-hardware conferencing environment.

For screen sharing, the device supports the use of DingTalk's “Auto Generate Sharing Code” feature, eliminating manual input operations and instantly sharing content on-screen with a single button press. Additionally, it supports multiple modes including desktop mirroring, app mirroring, and extended display mirroring—all to better assist presenters in delivering compelling meeting presentations.

The release of the Insta360 Connect marks a major milestone in the collaboration between Insta360 and DingTalk across full-spectrum collaboration solutions.

Since March 2022, when DingTalk publicly announced its hardware ecosystem strategy, revealing DingTalk Conferencing’s five certification standards and launching F2 as a template from core technology to mass production—this cooperation between Insta360 and DingTalk is based precisely upon the accumulated technological foundation of F2.
