Centered on the time point of 2024, the report looks back on previous points in time. From beginning with simple communication, file transfers, and usage of AI in the past, the report gradually progresses through the year. We categorized users into two roles using AI in this upgrade. For individual C-side users, we emphasize fun aspects of the platform to encourage more sharing. For B-side administrators and other users, they can see an annual report about the entire enterprise to help them better manage their business.

Using AI language, from the AI's point of view, it will summarize the key highlights of 2024. For B-side administrators, the focus will be on how AI aids enterprises, while for the C-side, interactions will be more conversational in style, giving a relaxed account of the past year.

2. Use data to create content for the MBTI report

After analyzing collected data along with frequency of feature use in daily activities, the system retrieves highlights that reflect a user's behavioral habits. By extracting key traits and matching them with types, these identified features are then compared one by one against the 16 personality types to determine the main personality tendencies and identify users' dominant personality type. Finally, using easy-to-understand language, the matching MBTI personality type and corresponding behavioral analysis are combined into one special MBTI report made exclusively for users' behavior on Dingtalk.

Looking ahead, based on the insightful personality analysis of this year, Dingtalk will be able to offer users more personalized services. Combined with AI's abilities, it will increasingly tailor feature recommendations and user communication to users' personality characteristics, continuously adding value and surprises to user experiences.

First, your content sent on Dingtalk is classified by its characteristics; the dimensional aspects of this data content are then synthesized to generate your MBTI on Dingtalk.
